About the event
Discover the joy of junk journaling with teacher and artist Jen Willard. Junk Journaling is a creative and meaningful way to preserve life's little moments using the papers and keepsakes you already have. In this class, you'll learn how to transform receipts, stickers, ticket stubs, notes, packaging, and other everyday "junk" into beautiful memory-filled journal pages. You'll finally have a reason to print those photos sitting on your phone and start filling the blank spaces in a pocket calendar with tiny treasures that tell your story.
As you begin to see the creative potential in everyday items, don't be surprised when your friends and family start asking, "Do you want this for your journal?" Junk journaling is more than crafting—it's a fun, personal way to document your life one page at a time.
Materials: Please bring a bound journal of your choice (handmade or store-bought, lined or unlined), a composition…
